About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand Designer to help define and elevate how the world sees Wander. You’ll shape the look, feel, and soul of our brand across every touchpoint — from our website to social to out-of-home. This is an opportunity to make an enduring visual mark on a company that's reimagining how we live and travel.

You’ll join a small but mighty design team, work closely with marketing, product, and leadership, and have an outsized impact on Wander’s visual identity as we scale.

What You’ll Do
  • Define the brand: Develop and refine Wander’s visual language — from color, typography, and imagery to motion and layout systems.

  • Design across surfaces: Create high-quality work for web, email, print, packaging, social, merch, and more.

  • Elevate the everyday: Apply exceptional craft and taste to even the smallest brand moments — ensuring consistency, clarity, and delight.

  • Collaborate deeply: Partner with marketers, product designers, writers, and engineers to bring the brand to life across disciplines.

  • Evolve and expand: Build systems and templates that scale, while continuously pushing the brand forward in fresh and thoughtful ways.

  • Create performant assets: Collaborate with our performance marketing team to create highly performant, thumb-stopping ad creative that drives action.

Who You Are
  • You have 4+ years of brand or visual design experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.

  • You have a stunning portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, visual craft, and brand storytelling.

  • You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Bonus if you’ve worked with motion, Webflow, or 3D.

  • You’re obsessed with detail, aesthetics, and the emotional resonance of design.

  • You’re a systems thinker who also knows when to break the system.

  • You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are comfortable juggling a range of creative work.

Nice to Have
