About the RoleWe’re looking for a Brand Designer to help define and elevate how the world sees Wander. You’ll shape the look, feel, and soul of our brand across every touchpoint — from our website to social to out-of-home. This is an opportunity to make an enduring visual mark on a company that's reimagining how we live and travel.
You’ll join a small but mighty design team, work closely with marketing, product, and leadership, and have an outsized impact on Wander’s visual identity as we scale.
What You’ll DoDefine the brand: Develop and refine Wander’s visual language — from color, typography, and imagery to motion and layout systems.
Design across surfaces: Create high-quality work for web, email, print, packaging, social, merch, and more.
Elevate the everyday: Apply exceptional craft and taste to even the smallest brand moments — ensuring consistency, clarity, and delight.
Collaborate deeply: Partner with marketers, product designers, writers, and engineers to bring the brand to life across disciplines.
Evolve and expand: Build systems and templates that scale, while continuously pushing the brand forward in fresh and thoughtful ways.
Create performant assets: Collaborate with our performance marketing team to create highly performant, thumb-stopping ad creative that drives action.
You have 4+ years of brand or visual design experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or agency environment.
You have a stunning portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, visual craft, and brand storytelling.
You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Bonus if you’ve worked with motion, Webflow, or 3D.
You’re obsessed with detail, aesthetics, and the emotional resonance of design.
You’re a systems thinker who also knows when to break the system.
You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and are comfortable juggling a range of creative work.
Experience building or evolving design systems
Illustration or motion design skills
A background in hospitality, luxury, or travel brands
Comfort art directing photo or video shoots
