About the role
We’re looking for a talented and driven brand designer to help shape the visual voice of a company at the forefront of drones, robotics, AI, and reality capture. If you’re excited about motion, storytelling, and building thoughtful, consistent design across a growing brand, this could be the role for you.

You have a strong sense for translating ideas into clean, cohesive visuals, whether that’s a scroll-stopping social animation, a sleek web page, or a compelling presentation.
We’re seeking a collaborative, curious teammate who works with energy and intention. Someone who’s excited to explore motion design, test new tools, and push a bold brand even further.
Work Environment
> Work Hours: Standard working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Must be located in CST or EST timezone.
> Work Model: 100% remote, but the candidate must be based in the U.S.
> Work Travel: Occasional domestic travel for company events or team gatherings.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling brand assets across formats, from marketing campaigns and product launches to events, sales collateral and social media.
- Produce static and animated content, including motion graphics, video overlays and short animations that bring our stories to life.
- Design and iterate on marketing web pages, working within our Webflow and Figma systems to maintain visual consistency and excellent UX.
- Support and evolve our visual identity by creating and maintaining brand templates, style guides and asset libraries.
- Collaborate closely with our Demand Generation, Product Marketing and Product Design teams to translate ideas into beautiful, on-brand experiences.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and offer feedback that elevates team-wide design work.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from kick-off through delivery, balancing quality with speed and efficiency.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and content workflows is a plus – we’re always exploring ways to work smarter and faster.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, motion design or brand-focused visual work (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work across digital formats (web, video, social, etc.).
- AI experience.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Motion design experience is a must have.
- Experience with Webflow or other no-code web design tools is a plus.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., for asset generation, animation, or workflow automation) a plus.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Previous experience with drones or robotics is a plus.
