This isn’t just a dog park—it’s a Skiptown experience. As Park Supervisor, you’ll own the vibe, the flow, and the service standards in the park and lobby spaces, ensuring every guest (human and dog) feels safe, welcomed, and impressed.
🐾 What You'll Do- Lead and support a team of Park Skippers during your shifts
- Create a clean, safe, and fun environment for pups and their people
- Coach your team on product knowledge, client experience, and brand standards
- Ensure guests are greeted, guided, and cared for from entry to exit
- Handle real-time guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
- Oversee park cleanliness, flow, and safety protocols
- Communicate with leadership using Slack, Toast, and Gladly
- Collaborate with the GM to ensure smooth daily operations
- Have weekend and evening availability
- Brings positive energy and leads with a guest-first mindset
- Has experience supervising people in a fast-paced service environment
- Is comfortable around dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities
- Can multitask with grace and keep calm under pressure
- Enjoys rolling up their sleeves and being present with the team on the floor
