Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to drive the end-to-end execution of high-impact branch growth initiatives. Positioned within the Branch Growth & Productivity team, this role translates strategy into disciplined execution by coordinating cross-functional workstreams, driving milestone progress, and preparing for executive governance forums.
The role serves as the execution lead-connecting teams, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and maintaining momentum across complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with success measured by delivering clear decisions, sustained accountability, and field-ready outcomes.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00

In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority branch growth initiatives, translating strategy into clear plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive day-to-day progress across multiple concurrent initiatives to ensure commitments are met and delivery stays on track.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Analytics, Technology, HR, Incentives, Controls) to enable aligned execution.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, and decision gaps to prevent delivery delays.
- Serve as the primary integration point across teams, ensuring workstreams are coordinated and outputs are interconnected.
- Prepare initiatives for executive governance forums and senior leadership meetings.
- Develop concise, decision-ready materials outlining objectives, progress, risks, trade-offs, and required actions.
- Facilitate leadership discussions to drive clear decisions, aligned direction, and defined follow-through, and update execution plans with leadership decisions
- Track progress against outcomes and commitments, maintaining transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of experience in project management, leading execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
- 4+ years experience supporting branch banking initiatives or programs: sales productivity, incentive, reporting and/or growth initiatives
- Experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, or growth-related roles, translating strategy into execution and driving successful adoption.
- Experience creating compelling presentations and narrative materials for senior leaders and executive audiences.
- Ability to lead and influence complex, cross-functional initiatives, effectively partnering with stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations.
- Analytics experience: leveraging data, reporting and insights to shape business execution strategy, inform decision-making, and deliver measurable results.
- Knowledge and understanding of banking or financial services regulations, with an understanding of compliance, controls, and risk management principles.
- Exposure to continuous improvement and delivery methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or comparable frameworks.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for a wide range of audiences, including senior leaders and frontline partners.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule
