Contract Length: 3 Months (Full-time Internship)

We are seeking a Blog & Email Marketing Intern who is passionate about content creation, storytelling, and lifecycle marketing. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with our CEO (Princeton, UCLA MBA, former Deloitte Consulting) and marketing team, gaining real-world experience across multiple ventures.

Role Overview

As a Blog and Email Marketing Intern, you will take ownership of creating, managing, and optimizing written content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and nurtures leads. Your main focus will be on producing SEO-optimized blog posts and executing targeted, data-driven email campaigns that align with each venture’s growth strategy.

You will use tools like Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and AI-based writing or analytics platforms to enhance performance and streamline content workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesBlog Content & SEO

  • Research, write, and edit engaging blog posts aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices.
  • Develop topic ideas and content calendars based on audience insights and industry trends.
  • Optimize posts with keywords, formatting, and internal linking to increase search visibility.
  • Track and analyze blog performance metrics to inform future content strategy.

Email Marketing & Lifecycle Campaigns

  • Create and manage newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails using Zoho Campaigns or similar tools.
  • Segment email lists, personalize content, and run A/B tests to improve engagement.
  • Support lead nurturing workflows within Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and proper tagging.
  • Monitor campaign analytics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and recommend improvements.

AI & Automation

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, or Writesonic) to enhance blog writing, keyword optimization, and campaign copy.
  • Explore automation opportunities within Zoho CRM and Campaigns to streamline content and outreach efforts.

Education

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements


QualificationsExperience

  • 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing, content writing, or email marketing (internship or project experience counts).
  • Knowledge or exposure to Zoho CRM is a must.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and optimization is required.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Understanding of SEO and content analytics.
