We are looking for a proactive and driven early careers talent to join our Binance Academy team. You will support our team to help build long-term partnerships with student organizations and universities. On top of that, you will also develop and execute various outreach activities and communication strategies on blockchain and crypto. You will help us to build web3 courses in various formats that will facilitate crypto adoption among learners and connect with schools across the globe.
The successful early careers talent will also play a key part in managing our newly formed student ambassador program in their allocated region and contribute to the overall success of the team by closely working with other Binance local teams across the globe. In collaboration with a Business Development Specialist, you will help to devise innovative ways to build partnerships and encourage students to participate in various Binance programs both on and off campus.
Responsibilities
- Support university outreach strategies and organize campus activities by closely working with local Binance teams across the globe
- Develop & maintain long term strategic relationships with students and university contacts to promote Binance brand student opportunities to their student network
- Organize & coordinate activations such as workshops or hackathons in collaboration with other Binance departments/BUs
- Reach out to schools, institutions, student clubs to promote courses and educate learners
- Support the development internal and external crypto, blockchain and web3 educational programs
Requirements
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Super communication and copywriting skills
- Ability to self-direct and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in the web3/crypto space is a strong plus, or as part of a university club/society. Bonus points if you played a key role in the organization
- Interest in the crypto space, understanding of basic terminology and concepts
- Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
