Role Overview:
To issue invoices to customers. Review orders and work orders for correct documentation.
Role Responsibilities::
- Perform detailed, analytical clerical work.
- Close out shipments with correct base and accessorial charges according to customer tariffs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and owner-operators regarding potential issues.
- Track, collect, and evaluate all billing documents to ensure necessary information is available for successful invoicing.
- Bill customer invoices using transportation software (Trinium System).
- Verify drivers' trip logs and approve driver payments.
- File and scan paperwork.
