The Bid Manager coordinates the bid response process, manages proposals for RFIs/RFPs, and collaborates with sales and internal teams to meet client requirements.

As a Bid Manager, you will provide sales bid support on WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform. You will help coordinate the bid response process, developing and maintaining a knowledge base of standard answers and templates, while identifying ways to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of the bid response process. The Bid Manager will work with the Bid Team Leader, Sales team, Presale throughout the bid process to ensure all of our client's requirements are understood and met with the best possible response.
What You'll Own
- Support and drive the bid process for proposals, RFIs and RFPs
- Compile, edit and proof commercial proposals which contain technical content
- Review and revise documents and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed bid document
- Help manage bid pipeline, forecast and other management information systems
- Develop knowledge of business, our products and services by reviewing previous bid documents and collaborating with presales, legal, security, product marketing and commercial functions
- Enhance / organize current bid management document store and reference materials
- Assist Bid Team Leader manage the bid process to ensure deadlines are me
What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years' experience developing proposals for large value, complex programs
- Demonstrated ability to understand and identify key business requirements, and convey WalkMe's point of view to address requirements in proposal and RFP responses
- Project management skills to manage internal departments and gather deliverables from a range of internal stakeholders within pressurized schedules
- Ability to construct high-quality, complex narratives and convey complex ideas simply and clearly
- Understanding of SaaS, Data Protection and Privacy and Digital Adoption Platforms
- Travel may be required.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting OTE (base + variable) for this role is between $110,000 and $130,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
