We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Retail Channel Sales Manager - Consumer Electronics to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is pivotal in managing and developing retailer relationships, driving product placement, and increasing market share within the consumer electronics sector. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to shape demand generation, promotional opportunities, and brand advocacy programs.
This role is fully remote meaning there is no Intel office in Minneapolis, MN, but candidate needs to be located within 30 miles from Minneapolis, MN area to be considered for the role due to the need to constantly visit the customer at their facilities and meet with the team
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with major retailers, including Best Buy, to drive demand generation and promotional opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams, product groups, and internal stakeholders to execute retailer expansion programs.
- Track competitor activities, account history, and emerging trends to capitalize on changing opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and drive sales through the retail channel.
- Support go-to-market campaigns, presales, proof of concept execution, and training programs to ensure successful execution of account plan targets and performance metrics.
- Influence OEMs to understand sell-in proposals and joint opportunities, managing investment portfolios for maximum ROI.
As a successful candidate, you must possess:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for effective data analysis and presentation.
- Experience within the PC industry, with a focus on consumer electronics and retail sales.
- Skills to self-start and drive individual business while working collaboratively with account team members.
- Located in the Minneapolis, MN area, offering strategic proximity to Best Buy headquarters for enhanced collaboration.
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed.
- Experience working with the Consumer PC segment, Best Buy, and/or other retailers is preferred.
- Strong customer experience skills, with an emphasis on account management and field sales.
- Proven track record of managing both product sell-in and sell-through.
- Skills to handle difficult negotiations with senior decision makers.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with BU, Category, and Marketing stakeholders.

- 4+ years of experience working within PC industry
- Located in the Minneapolis, MN area (proximity to Best Buy headquarters)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience:
- Working with the Consumer PC segment, Best Buy, and/or other Retailers
- Customer experience, emphasis on account management and field sales
- Experience handling difficult negotiations with senior decision makers
- Successful track record of managing both product sell-in and sell-through
- Familiarity working and influencing X-organizationally with BU, Category, and Marketing stakeholders

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$236,270.00-$333,560.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
