The Role:
This role is remote within the United States.

As a Remote Benefits Coordinator at Turquoise Health, you will manage employee benefits programs, assisting team members with enrollment, questions, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness plans
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries
  • Maintain accurate benefits records and documentation
  • Collaborate with HR and external vendors to resolve benefits issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in benefits administration, HR, or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, HRIS systems, and benefits platforms
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation:
$55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

Job Location
Fully remote within the US.
