About the Role:

We are seeking top talent for a Director, Sales Development.  As a key member of the Sales team, you will be in a unique position to impact our revenue positively and help shape Hello Heart’s growth initiatives.  

You will be responsible for our enterprise sales development strategy, execution, and overall management of one of our pre-sales processes. You will be responsible for the strategic direction and deployment of multi-channel campaigns focused on awareness and conversion to sales. You will support driving customer acquisition through online channels—including digital, in-person, webinars, and other creative demand gen avenues.

The ideal candidate has enterprise sales development experience and is an expert on creating scalable, predictable, and repeatable processes for the creation of a sales pipeline for our Sales Team. With excellent communication skills, you will work cross-functionally with our sales team, sales operations, and business development team.

Responsibilities:  

  • Own all the activities executed by the Sales Development team.
  • Manage our Sales Development Representatives
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other functional groups to build compelling sales development strategies, and ultimately content and other offerings mapped to buyer personas and buying cycles.
  • Contribute in the design of the compensation plan for the Sales Development team.
  • Track and measure the performance of the sales development team.
  • Design, run and measure experiments with the purpose of building pipelines for our sales and business development team. 

Qualifications: 

  • 10-15 years of demonstrated demand generation experience in B2B companies. 
  • Experience and success in end-to-end partnerships by developing an overall strategy to build/maintain pipelines and executing through prospecting, relationship building, pitching, and contracting with sales.
  • Experience managing Sales Development Representatives focused on enterprise.
  • Prior experience with Marketing Automation tools (Salesloft Preferred) and Salesforce 
  • Successful track record of managing top of the funnel pipeline.
  • 100% independent with demonstrated strong problem-solving skillset.
  • A strong team player who can work with multiple functions within the company.
  • Ability to effectively escalate to leadership matters that have a strategic impact
  • Go-getter that moves fast.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adapt to change.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to always roll up your sleeves to help and get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000.00 to $180,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
