- Three years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in server-side technologies: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful services, microservices architecture
- Cloud platform experience: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for backend infrastructure
- Agile development experience: Scrum, Kanban, or XP methodologies
- System integration skills: Experience with APIs, databases, and enterprise system connectivity
- DevOps proficiency: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes
- Additional backend technologies: NodeJS, .NET, C#, database design
- Strong communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical backend concepts to business stakeholders
