The Opportunity:
As part of a small, fast-moving engineering team, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of critical projects and be hands-on in making things work—whether that means diving deep into architecture, iterating quickly on features, or jumping in to unblock teammates. As a senior engineer, you’ll lead key frontend decisions, champion best practices, and help raise the bar on code quality, performance, and user experience.
Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable backend services with a focus on infrastructure components

Identify and implement reliability and performance improvements in our backend stack

Collaborate with developers to streamline build, test, and deployment processes.

Establish self as an owner of a particular component, feature, or system with expert end-to-end understanding.

Successfully completes projects at large scope while maintaining a consistently high level of productivity
Qualifications:

BS (or higher) in Computer Science
-
5+ years experience of building highly scalable and reliable infrastructure
-
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

USA 170k - 200k USD

Equity grants will also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
