  • Expertise and strong coding abilities in core backend technologies, including but not limited to relevant languages (Go/Rust), databases, and cloud platforms. Familiarity with Go and Rust is a bonus, but not mandatory.

  • Significant open-source contributions, reflecting your dedication to quality software and impactful work.

  • Mastery in designing resilient systems and APIs from scratch, emphasizing robust architecture and scalability.

  • Optional but encouraged: Demonstrated achievements in competitive realms such as programming contests (e.g., ACM-ICPC, topcoder) or Capture-the-Flag events (e.g., CSAW, DEFCON).

What We Look For

  • Ownership and Proactivity: Demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability, combined with a forward-thinking approach and an unwavering motivation to excel in their designated role.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven track record of placing customers at the heart of all decisions, striving beyond satisfaction to truly impress and exceed expectations.
