Position Overview

At WhatConverts, we’re looking for a Back End Engineer to help enhance and scale our SaaS platform used by marketers and businesses to prove and grow marketing ROI.

You’ll work closely with our development team to build new functionality, troubleshoot complex architectural challenges, and contribute across the full development lifecycle in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

What you’ll be working with:

  • PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • MySQL databases
  • AWS services like RDS, S3, SES, EC2 & Route 53
  • Git/SVN version control
  • Modern SaaS application development

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of web development experience
  • Strong server-side development background
  • Someone who cares deeply about clean, secure, scalable code
  • A problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Bonus points for Vue.js experience
