Job Purpose:
 

This position is accountable for creating effective, customer-centric B2C experience strategy for the Lending Business Segment in an increasingly digital journey by leveraging scaled partner integrations, marketing and content tactics. The individual will create and implement strategics working collaboratively with lending product, marketing, creative services, technology consumer insights, analytics, and digital teams leadership to build and deliver the plans leading to a significant shift in business outcomes.

Advocating for the consumer in a b2b2c business model to ensure they have a voice at the table. This position will be instrumental in providing a cohesive and executable strategy to drive revenue in new ways with a complex product structure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Translate Lending strategies into a consumer experience strategy by creating measurable and executable roadmaps
  • Create an environment of innovation with an agile framework.
  • Lead team of cross-functional resources to strategize, implement and measure initiatives with emphasis in integrated technologies, E-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Advocate for the consumer in every room.
  • Collaborate with leadership and peers to prioritize work.
  • Align resources within the lending segment and shared services as needed.
  • Collaborate with peers to influence research and testing strategies. 
  • Influence ecommerce, technology and digital marketing capabilities.
  • Proactively assess and monitors execution of the plan to ensure effectiveness. 
  • Communicate results and recommendations.
  • Comfortably present to all levels of the organization, to customers and to industry peers.
  • Exercise initiation and creativity in seeking solutions to business issues and problems using consumer insights to guide development.
  • Lead multiple aspects of projects, including defining key deliverables, tracking accountabilities, handling logistical details, and proactive communications.
  • Understand industry and consumer trends sharing insights that are relevant to advancing experience.
  • Achieve timely deliverables with minimal support.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Experience Design, Finance or equivalent work experience – MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience working in digital product management, customer experience, muti-channel management, preferably in financial services.
  • Ability to create and execute multi-year roadmaps that deliver consistent value.
  • B2B2C business model experience with knowledge of the complexities and opportunities.
  • Strong digital marketing, technology (including leveraging API’s) CX and Ecommerce experience
  • Demonstrated ability to assess risk, create, execute, measure, and manage diverse initiatives based on consumer data-driven insights.
  • Fosters collaboration and is a clear, concise, and compelling communicator.
  • Demonstrated success influencing without authority in a matrixed organization to drive business results.
  • Proactive and solutions oriented
  • Financial acumen to drive ROI.
  • Consumer centric mindset
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
  • Demonstrated success with problem-solving and innovation.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Demonstrated ability to build new processes/procedures that are collaborative and extendable.
  • High degree of professionalism as demonstrated in communication, interpersonal skills and customer service.
  • Comfort in presenting to groups of all sizes and levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% of the time

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$119,100.00 - $178,700.00
