Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in AI SaaS sales to join a fast-paced remote team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, booking sales meetings, and building strong outbound pipelines for AI-driven software solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, understands SaaS sales cycles, and is excited about the rapidly evolving AI industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within target industries and ICPs.
  • Generate and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach messaging based on company needs and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline generation.
  • Stay informed on AI trends, SaaS products, and competitor solutions.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development, or outbound sales role.
  • Previous experience selling or supporting AI SaaS, SaaS platforms, or B2B tech solutions.
  • Strong cold outreach and lead generation skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, or Salesloft.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven sales environment.
