As our Key Account Manager, you’ll own and grow relationships with key U.S. retail partners. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, ensuring smooth operations, and identifying new opportunities that deliver value to both LXE Hearing portfolio and our partners. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—ideal for someone who loves both building long-term relationships and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.
What you'll do:
- Own Strategic Partnerships: Lead relationships with national and regional retailers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted partner.
- Drive Revenue: Achieve sales targets and grow account performance through strong planning, forecasting, and execution.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Spot and act on ways to expand product lines, optimize rollouts, and improve customer experiences.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Coordinate internal teams (marketing, product, ops, etc.) to deliver seamless service and results for your accounts.
- Build and Maintain Partner Satisfaction: Navigate large, complex organizations to build strong, meaningful connections at all levels.
- Keep a Finger on the Pulse: Stay current on market trends, tech developments, and retail customer behavior to help steer strategy.
- Track & Report: Manage reporting, performance metrics, and partner documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in key account management or business development
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of growing accounts in health tech, consumer electronics, or CPG
- Familiarity with U.S. retail pharmacy or large-scale retail ecosystems
- Experience contributing to new product rollouts or marketing campaigns in a retail setting
- Skilled communicator with strong organizational, planning, and negotiation abilities
- Confident navigating senior-level conversations and managing complex stakeholder networks
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with tactical execution
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
