Job Title

B2B ERP Senior Product Manager

About your role:

Payment Value Added Service team offers a suite of consumer bill and B2B invoice and bill presentment and omnichannel payment solutions (Bill Matrix, CheckFree Pay, Snap Pay) for enterprise merchants and government entities to automate their workflows and leverage data to drive strategic business outcomes. Snap Pay is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that makes B2B Accounts Receivable payments easier, faster, secure and more efficient between sellers and buyers. We help organizations digitally transform their “Order-to-Cash” lifecycle with leading capabilities for e-commerce/offline payments, electronic invoice presentment and payment tool integrated with industry ERP providers, actionable data insights to improve payment collections, and value-added services that broaden value proposition to merchants (surcharging, tokenization, intelligent gateways).

Snap Pay is one of the highest growth businesses in Merchant Solutions (~20% revenue growth year over year), and is poised to meaningfully capture the A/R automation market with a transformational product roadmap that elevates the user experience, enhances core functionalities, and launches game-changing offerings to help our customers achieve stronger financial outcomes.

Role overview

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own and scale Snap Pay’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) ecosystem —a critical growth vector for digitizing Order-to-Cash and embedding payments into enterprise workflows. You will be responsible for defining the strategy, influencing external platforms (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft etc), and delivering commercially impactful capabilities and integrations at scale.

You will lead co-development with some of the largest enterprise software providers in the world, requiring the ability to influence without authority, navigate complex partner dynamics, and hold a high bar for both technical architecture and business outcomes. You are expected to collaborate with partners, shape joint roadmaps, and ensure we deliver differentiated experiences for mutual Snap Pay customers.

This role requires someone who is customer centric, but also can think in systems, understand how payments, ERPs, APIs, and data flows intersect, and translate that into durable platform capabilities—not one-off integrations.

The right candidate brings strong product judgment, technical depth, and executive presence, with a track record of delivering 0→1 and expanding existing platform integrations that drive measurable revenue and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year ERP integration strategy that positions Snap Pay as a differentiated invoice presentment, sales order, and default payments layer within enterprise systems

  • Lead co-development initiatives with internal teams and external partners, including technical design, roadmap alignment, and commercialization

  • Partner with Engineering and ERP domain teams to raise the technical bar, ensuring integrations are performant, secure, and extensible

  • Advocate for Snap Pay’s priorities in partner discussions—backed by strong product intuition, data, and business cases

  • Drive joint GTM strategies with partners, including value proposition, certification readiness, pricing alignment, field enablement and comarketing

  • Establish and track clear success metrics (e.g., customer acquisition, time-to-implementation, revenue, SLAs)

  • Operate with a bias for action and ownership, navigating ambiguity and making high-quality decisions quickly

Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of product management experience building and scaling platform or integration-heavy products

  • Proven track record of developing strategy by defining opportunities and problems, collecting and synthesizing data for prioritization, and measuring success to make valid conclusions

  • Aptitude in using Agile (scrum, kanban, SAFe) and product management methodologies to lead and partner with solution consultants and engineers towards business outcomes and delivery goals

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Microsoft, etc) or similarly complex enterprise platforms

  • Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data architectures to solve customer needs and expand use cases

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in complex, matrixed environments delivering measurable business impact (revenue, adoption, growth)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex concepts and bring others along your thinking

  • Bias for action, and shares responsibility for the team’s success and progress

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Sponsorship:

You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Benefits at Fiserv:

  • Fuel Your Life program to support your physical, financial, social, and emotional well-being.

  • Paid holidays and generous time away policies.

  • No-cost mental health support through Employee Assistance Programs.

  • Living Proof program to recognize your peers’ extra effort with points redeemable for rewards.

  • Eight Employee Resource Groups to foster a collaborative culture and expand your network.

  • Unparalleled professional growth with training, development, and internal mobility opportunities.

  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance options available from day one.

  • Retirement planning and discounted shares with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Tuition assistance and reimbursement program.

  • Paid parental, caregiver, and military leave.
