The Opportunity
This pivotal role as the AWS Alliance Manager, Americas is responsible for the growth and cultivation of our regional partnership with AWS. You will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement, a key element in maintaining our status as the largest AWS reseller globally.

The core of this position involves collaborating with multiple internal and AWS teams to ensure absolute alignment of business goals and expectations. This includes managing the bi-directional flow of information—both preparing DoiT for changes from AWS that may impact our business and communicating our strategy and needs to AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Oversight: Serve as the primary manager for DoiT's relationship with the NAMER and LATAM Sales and Partner teams at AWS.
  • Internal Alignment: Work with company leadership to ensure all internal teams (including sales, product, and marketing) are synchronized regarding the overall company strategy for the AWS partnership.
  • Organizational Enablement: Support internal teams in rolling out necessary trainings to maintain and enhance AWS excellence across the organization.
  • External Collaboration: Engage with existing AWS teams, such as partner management and sales leadership, while also identifying and developing relationships with new stakeholders.
  • Partnership Success: Keep all relevant parties in sync across both organizations to ensure mutual success in this strategic partnership.
  • Program Monitoring: Oversee the success and progress of the AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement within the designated region in addition to AWS Funding Programs as they are made available to DoiT.
  • Feedback & Action: Collect and analyze organizational feedback to derive and propose actionable suggestions for management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Deep understanding of the AWS sales and partnership structure.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and effective networks.
  • Exceptional passion for and comprehensive knowledge of AWS, its partner network, and the wider partner landscape.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
  • Prior experience in a partner or alliance management role is preferred.
