Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identifies sales opportunities among assigned top chains & initiates demand creation activities.
- Identifies sales opportunities among assigned top chains and initiates demand creation activities.
- Develop strategies and action plans to grow KHC share of wallet in the top chains.
- Accelerate growth in covered accounts by developing solutions through creating Demand for KHC products by Menu Innovation via Ideation and providing the top chains with industry trends and marketing insights.
- Has constant contact with the Chains manager, supply team, and Chef to provide inputs for product development (R&D).
- Prospects and develops new potential QSR pipelines.
- Provides inputs to KHC Chef for recipe development.
Top Chains/QSR Channel Management:
- Develops a dynamic market survey to identify customer profiles, requirements, and product consumption.
- Analyzes channel sales data to identify market share, growth trends, top customers, and opportunities.
- Works with distributors to ensure delivery to Top Chains served through them.
Account Management:
- Maintains out-call frequency to all potential customers in the QSR channel.
- Reviews Top Chains' performance on weekly sales revenue to track base and new product sales.
- Develops relationships with Top Chains personnel, from top management to functional heads.
- Maintains a Call Record Card, Sales Pipeline Report, Customer Information Sheet, and Market Survey.
- Provides accurate and timely reports on market surveys, trends, and competitive activities in the assigned channel.
- Create a promotional calendar for each chain with the assistance of the Chef.
Reporting:
- Submits coverage plans and weekly and monthly reports in a timely manner.
- Accurate and timely reporting of market survey, trends, competitive activities
Qualifications
- University Graduate preferably in Business Management.
- 3 - 5 years in Key Account Management Role.
- Sales background and a good understanding of basic call procedure and solution selling
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Knowledgeable in foodservice backroom operations
