Job Overview:
We are seeking an AVP Business Solutions Consultant to support the Vice President (VP), IS Consulting, LPL Business Solutions. This role focuses on driving adoption and utilization of LPL’s suite of Business Solutions within the Institution & Large Enterprise channel. The AVP Consultant will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external clients to execute strategic initiatives, deliver exceptional service, and support the VP in achieving departmental and organizational goals.
Responsibilities:

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that values innovation, transparency, and professional development.

Support internal teams—including Client Success, Relationship Management, Business Development, Growth Solutions, and Corporate Strategy—in executing sales strategies and increasing adoption of Business Solutions.

Assist with field-facing engagement initiatives, including territory management, on-site meetings, and LPL-hosted conferences.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and insights, supporting the development of innovative solutions to enhance client experience and internal effectiveness.

Contribute to achieving budgetary and strategic goals aligned with organizational objectives.

Assist with managing advisor and enterprise retention, proactively supporting escalated issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

2–3 years of experience in the financial services industry or a related field.

Pay Range:
$122,000.00-$203,300.00/year
The pay salary range is inclusive of base salary and potential sales incentive compensation based upon the applicable incentive compensation plan for this position. Base salary is determined on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Incentive compensation is dependent on achievement of goals set forth in the incentive compensation plan.
