Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS using modern technologies

• Champion infrastructure as code using Terraform and cloud automation

• Design for resiliency, scalability, and optimal performance

• Lead full stack development initiatives spanning frontend, backend, and infrastructure

• Drive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of onshore and offshore developers

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence

• Drive architectural decisions and establish development best practices

• Build and maintain high-performing teams through effective coaching and career development

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex, multi-team initiatives

• Partner with QA, Release Management, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC

• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and architectural designs

• Track and report on KPIs, metrics, and team performance

Requirements:• Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in:

  - Backend: Python, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture

  - Frontend: Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

  - Database: SQL and NoSQL technologies

  - Cloud: AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)

• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform

• Experience architecting and maintaining enterprise-scale cloud solutions

• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Technical Competencies• Cloud-native application design and implementation

• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipeline development

• API design and integration patterns

• Security best practices and compliance requirements

• Performance optimization and monitoring

• Agile development methodologies

Core Competencies:• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Risk management and contingency planning expertise

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Experience managing distributed teams

• Experience in the banking or wealth management industry

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field


 

Pay Range:

$170,800-$284,600/year
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
