Job Overview:
The primary purpose of this role is to drive targeted behavioral and business outcomes with holistic financial planning at LPL, to include utilization of our suite of financial planning, tax planning, and high-net-worth services. This will be accomplished by consulting with LPL advisors and enterprises on their needs, illustrating the value of our offerings to address those needs, and influencing desired outcomes in alignment with their stated business goals.
Responsibilities:

The AVP, Client Success Account Manager must demonstrate a high level of knowledge of the value of holistic financial planning, a core belief in its benefits for advisors and clients, as well as the ability to effectively convey benefits to those audiences.

This role will be expected to collaborate with Comprehensive Advice Client Success leadership to develop and execute on a segmented advisor engagement strategy to drive the aforementioned outcomes.

We expect you to be a constant learner of the evolution in the financial planning space, exude professionalism, and be detail oriented.

You must be skilled at building relationships with colleagues and influencing them to help drive awareness and advisor/enterprise referrals for consultations.

You must be able to manage your advisor relationships by setting tasks, pulling opportunities through to the next stage, and continuing to deliver information that illustrates product value while closing SSS business.

You will be successful by being entrepreneurial and data-driven in your approach to proactive advisor outreach.

A typical day will be filled with calls, virtual meetings and follow-up communications centered on goals-based sales consultations, pull-through of SSS opportunities, as well as making relevant connections with internal support partners to maintain a seamless advisor experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
-
7+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong background in financial planning
-
2 plus years experience with eMoney planning software
Core Competencies:

Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment to make decisions and solve problems

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely as well as an ability to motivate the client to action with a high degree of professionalism

Highly motivated and resilient - consistently achieving utilization, sales, retention, and satisfaction targets
Preferences:

CFP® or similar designation
-
FINRA 6/7 and, 66 highly preffered

Business to business sales and relationship management experience
Pay Range:
$105,225-$175,375/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
