Description and Requirements
Duties: L e ad the development and execution of a robust artificial intelligence (AI) security strategy. Partner with cross functional teams to integrate security into the design, architecture, and development of AI security solutions. Evaluate AI use-cases to identify security risks and vulnerabilities to ensure the appropriate risk mitigation controls are in place. Continuously test AI systems and processes to ensure protection against various types of cyber-attacks. Act as a subject matter expert advising the organization on the ways in which threat actors attack AI systems. Raise awareness across the business and IT teams about AI security best practices. Serve on the Responsible Use of AI committee and partner with legal, privacy and data governance to ensure responsible use of AI. Ensure use of AI adheres to a rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape. Champion AI utilization across Global Security teams and processes.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Electronic Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation leading teams across multiple information security domains. Specific skills/other requirements -- must possess the following: three (3) years of experience supporting emerging technologies; three (3) years of experience assessing technology risk using multiple frameworks; three (3) years of experience assessing threat actor tactics and evaluating prevention controls; and, experience enabling the use of emerging technologies across a large, global organization.
Travel: 10% domestic travel required.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote.

The wage range for applicants for this position is $228,000.00 to $268,300.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
