- Perform and oversee scheduled and unscheduled inspections of company aircraft to ensure safety, compliance, and readiness.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, maintenance procedures, and FARs across all line operations.
- Partner with the Chief of Maintenance and Technicians to support daily operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance of all maintenance activities.
- Develop, schedule, and oversee training programs for maintenance staff; provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor, track, and ensure compliance with all Service Bulletins (SBs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and OEM inspection program requirements.
- Analyze and trend aircraft component, accessory, and appliance data; submit findings to OEMs or FAA as required.
- Lead audits of third-party maintenance providers to verify compliance and quality of outsourced work.
- Ensure inspections, repairs, and documentation are performed by qualified personnel and meet regulatory standards.
- Oversee the designation and performance of Required Inspection Item (RII) Inspectors.
- Inspect aircraft parts, components, and documentation as needed to validate serviceability and compliance.
- Maintain technical libraries, including MELs, LOAs, and other compliance documentation, ensuring documents remain current.
- Supervise and direct personnel assigned to inspection and maintenance functions, ensuring safe use of shop equipment and proper calibration of tools and gauges.
- Oversee the calibration program for special measurement tools, equipment, and gauges in compliance with FARs.
- Represent the maintenance team on the Lowe's Safety Committee, ensuring integration of quality assurance practices within the company's Safety Management System.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Aviation Quality/Inspection Area with a large organization
- 10 years of aircraft maintenance or equivalent management experience
- 3 Years Year experience managing, supervising and/or directing Aviation Technicians
- Working knowledge and understanding of the Federal Aviation Regulations
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P).
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA).
- Strong working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and OEM inspection programs.

- Demonstrated ability to conduct audits, trend analysis, and compliance reviews.
