- Actively participate in the execution of the firm’s Assurance growth strategy, specific to the Charlotte market
- Being committed to serving the profession and maintaining the highest level of audit quality
- Responsibility for upholding high ethical standards and adhering to independence standards
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and staying abreast of issues that might affect your client
- Maintaining positive, professional relations with staff and clients
- Provide an exceptional client experience
- Have or be able to quickly build a network of business contacts and referral sources in the Charlotte market
- Help build a dedicated and motivated team of professionals to accomplish the vision and strategy and to position Frazier & Deeter as a leader in assurance services to these market segments.
- Develop new client relationships and lead all aspects of an audit engagement.
- Working in a team environment as a leader of a group within a larger organization.
- Certified Public Accountant
- 10+ years of experience in public accounting
- Demonstrated ability to drive new business growth and expand market presence
- Established expertise with one or more industry verticals such as technology, real estate, construction, healthcare, manufacturing & distribution or other industries relevant to the North Carolina region.
- Private equity experience preferred
- Dynamic leadership and teambuilding experience
- Innovation mindset; forward thinking
- Communications, sales and marketing experience
- Ability to cross-sell firm services to existing client base
- Proven leadership qualities
