Job Description SummaryThe Growth & Portfolio Management Leader Leader for ATMRO will be responsible for driving inorganic growth strategies to support GE Aerospace’s goals of achieving a 40% increase in shop visit capacity and a 115% growth in Original Equipment (OE) engine output. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing business development deals, mergers, and acquisitions to expand the ATMRO network’s capacity and capabilities.Job Description#LI-Remote - This is a remote position
- Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy aligned with the ATMRO organization’s growth objectives tied to shop visit and new make engine output.
- Identify potential acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships that align with the network’s capacity and capability needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to conduct financial, operational, and strategic due diligence on potential targets.
- Manage the end-to-end process of mergers, acquisitions, and business development deals, including negotiations, structuring, and closing transactions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities into the ATMRO network, focusing on operational efficiency and cultural alignment.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for inorganic growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, legal teams, financial advisors, and target companies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of M&A initiatives and their impact on network capacity and growth objectives.
- Assist the VP of ATMRO in developing presentations and materials for strategy discussions, investor meetings, and operating reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies, including Kaizen, Kata, and Hoshin Kanri.
