Department /Position Description:
The Assortment Optimization department partners with our Brand Category teams and other collaboration partners to model the impacts of different assortment scenarios, inclusive of customer loyalty, to ensure we have the right items in the right stores at the right times. We work with Center store and Fresh product, with Fresh assortment modeling being a newer capability. The co-op will support the assortment modeling efforts in select categories, partnering closely with several other departments: Space planning, A Brands Sourcing, Channel Management, and Brand Category teams.

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20

- Microsoft Office Suite+ ( PowerBI , PowerApps, PowerAutomate , Excel, Powerpoint )
