We are looking for a dynamic Associate Wealth Advisor to join the Client Services Team at Earned Wealth. This is a unique opportunity to utilize state-of-the-art technology, and by working with and supporting experienced Wealth Advisors and specialists, you’ll discover how advice strategies can help physicians realize their full wealth potential. Although this position initially will not have an individual client practice, this client-facing role provides an opportunity to apprentice with a top senior wealth advisor in the U.S. Also, the promotional path for this role is to progress to a Wealth Advisor role overseeing an individual client practice. At Earned Wealth, we separate sales and service roles, allowing the advisory team - including this role - to focus on exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate will desire to work in a team-oriented, tech-forward, comprehensive wealth management practice; will have involvement in all aspects of the business, learning and shaping the way we care for our clients; and will gain valuable experience in developing a career in fast-paced, innovative wealth management business that is disrupting incumbents. The ideal candidate will embrace technology, enjoy a collaborative environment, and hold in high regard serving clients in a fiduciary capacity. As one of the first associates clients connect with, this role is instrumental in ensuring clients have a positive experience that exceeds their expectations. You will report directly to a Senior Wealth Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the advisory team as they meet with clients, understand our client's overall financial needs, identify value-added services that our advisory team can provide, help develop clients’ financial plans, implement proposed strategies across investing, tax, estate, insurance, debt/cash management, and career advisory that optimize the wealth potential of physicians, and provide ongoing account reviews

Organize and schedule client appointments; onboard new clients and support existing clients

Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and review meeting takeaways with advisors

Help with preparation for and follow-up for client financial plans, investment planning, insurance reviews, and estate planning analysis

Timely response to client service requests

Support multiple roles across the firm – advisory, operations, relationship management – through a variety of tasks

Review activities within the job scope for sufficient controls to prevent errors, fraud, and misstatements of financial results

Comply with all regulatory requirements, including licensing and registrations
Key Requirements:
-
Three years of experience working in the wealth management industry preferred, with one year as a minimum

Willingness to be available when clients are

B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Economics

CFP® certification preferred, or working toward this designation (as a CFP is core to this role)

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong work ethic, detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and organize workflow

Self-starter, productive, works well with a team and independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Knowledge of CRM (e.g, Salesforce), MoneyGuidePro, Orion, and Fidelity WealthScape a plus
-
Series 65 licensed (or become licensed in first 60 days of employment)

Insurance licenses (or a desire to obtain them) are a plus

Some travel may be required
