Responsibilities

• Maintaining all aspects of architecture of Printecs’ products providing Technical Consulting/Support to clients, partners and internal teams
• Identifying, understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Participate in the design of new products and features during sprint planning’s
• Participating in troubleshooting and customer support when required
• Preparing documentation (user manuals, specifications documents etc.) related to software solutions

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus
• Strong coding skills, particularly in C#, with a solid understanding of .NET frameworks like .NET Core 3.1 and .NET 6
• Familiarity with web applications and JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular 12+
• Good understanding of web service technologies, especially .NET RESTful APIs
• Proficient in SQL and relational databases, with experience in MS SQL Server 2012 or later
• Basic knowledge of integration, functional, and UI automation testing is an advantage
• Experience in cross-platform mobile development is a valuable asset
• Fluent in both Greek and English language
