Software Engineer Intern
Location -- hybrid: Charlotte, NC
As a Software Engineer Intern at Intapp, you will be helping to build our world-class enterprise web applications. Our applications live in the cloud and provide AI-powered solutions to hundreds of the largest professional service firms in the world.
We are looking for extraordinary Software Engineering students who are ready to build creative applications that customers love. You will be directly embedded in our Scrum teams and will influence our products by helping to define innovative, user-focused features and help bring them to life. What you will do:
- As a member of a scrum team, you’ll design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Collaborate hand-in-hand with a skilled teams of software engineers
What you will need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with at least one programming language through coursework or personal projects
- Understanding of core programming fundamentals and basic application development
- Basic SQL knowledge, including simple queries and joins
- Ability to debug code and learn independently using documentation and online resources
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions
- Experience building small to medium-sized applications through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
- Basic understanding of program structure, data flow, and code organization.
Bonus if you have:
- C# .Net, React, Java or Python development experience
- SQL.Postgress, Oracle database experience
- Can easily thrive working in an energizing environment
- Bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Live within commuting distance of our office in Charlotte, NC
What to Expect:
- Our Summer 2026 Internship Program begins June 1, 2026, and is projected to end August 7, 2026.
- Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.
- Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
