Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Salesforce and CaptivateIQ commission platforms are a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of sales processes and incentive compensation principles.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in SaaS, tech, or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to organizations with frequent M&A activity is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with the CaptivateIQ commission platform is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate commission calculations.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Partner with sales leadership, HR, and finance to support plan design and annual compensation planning processes.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and models related to incentive compensation in CaptivateIQ and Salesforce.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting on compensation metrics and sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to compensation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve commission-related inquiries from the sales team.
  • Support the rollout of compensation plans, including documentation, training materials, and presentations.
  • Participate in CaptivateIQ compensation system implementations or enhancements
