The Associate Sales Account Manager will develop sales plans, promote products, manage customer relationships, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Job Description
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales plans to deliver order growth for the assigned territory.
- Ability to use sales tools, organize and accurately forecast territory results, provide market intelligence, implement value selling and meet sales objectives.
- Promote and sell products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners in a consultative approach and inform customers of new product introductions.
- Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction.
- Build and sustain relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively build business opportunities.
- Lead projects require coordination with other functions & organizations.
- Collaborate with peers to define and leverage cross product business opportunities for growth in traditional and emerging markets.
- Actively develop product and application knowledge in order to drive sales.
- Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
- Bachelors' or Masters’ Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Typically 2-3 years relevant Sales experience with proven sales account management.
- Knowledge of analytical and scientific instrument business is a bonus.
- Strong communicator and relations builder.
