About the Role:
The Revenue Operations Associate role supports Narmi's revenue teams by managing processes, tools, and technologies. As a RevOps Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by analyzing growth performance, optimizing operational processes, and enhancing data-driven decision-making. You will work cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Implementations to improve efficiency, forecast revenue trends, ensure accurate reporting, and manage team training. Our team is versatile, handling multiple roles (or wearing lots of hats!) with expertise and precision.
What you'll do:
- Drive operational efficiency and streamline sales processes through innovative solutions, optimizing existing technology infrastructure
- Perform data-driven territory analysis to inform and enhance Growth team account prioritization strategies
- Analyze historical sales data to forecast market trends and identify strategic growth opportunities
- Formulate strategic insights and solutions to improve sales conversion rates and maximize deal value
- Leverage third-party data analysis to identify and implement best practices for organizational success
- Evaluate historical sales performance metrics to identify key productivity trends and areas for improvement
- Collect and interpret data to proactively address business challenges and optimize strategic initiatives
- Deliver data-driven, actionable insights to the Growth team and senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years in revenue operations, sales enablement, sales or 3+ years in a B2B SaaS company
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage and document processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and ability to learn new tech tools
- Experience with CRM platforms and automation tools (HubSpot, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of internal vs external stakeholders, and technical vs non-technical
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

The expected annual base salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
