We are seeking an Associate Renewals Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA or Austin, TX office.
Job Summary
The Associate Renewals Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end subscription renewal process for a portfolio of customers. This role focuses on driving revenue retention by negotiating renewal contracts, forecasting risks, and delivering timely proposals. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other internal teams, the Associate Renewals Manager ensures alignment between customer needs and business priorities. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

This position offers a total compensation range of $80,000.00 to $114,286.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal targets by managing assigned renewal opportunities and identifying potential upsell opportunities.
- Assist in the subscription renewal process to help ensure uninterrupted service and timely contract renewals.
- Work with channel partners on renewal activities, helping maintain relationships and coordinating renewal communications.
- Communicate the value of Imprivata products, services, and support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare renewal quotes, proposals, and forecasts while ensuring alignment with customer contracts and internal processes.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to support smooth renewal execution and compliance with company guidelines.
- Drive renewal discussions, including multi-year agreements and cloud transitions, with guidance from senior team members when needed..
- Maintain accurate renewal data and opportunity details in Salesforce.com to support forecasting and reporting.
- Review customer usage and install base data to help identify renewal risks and opportunities for contract alignment..
- Other duties as assigned and required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 4+ years in technology sales or renewals.
- Proven track record of exceeding booking targets and managing a high volume of renewals.
- Exceptional negotiation, closing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in time management and decision-making.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adjustable, thriving in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Innovative problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and inspired to contribute to company growth.
