As a quality management Associate QM Manager, you would use your nursing experience to maintain quality healthcare standards by evaluating healthcare providers’ clinical qualifications, assessing a variety of practice settings and conducting clinical event investigations. Responsibilities

  • Review credentialing information of healthcare providers that have affirmative responses on their application
  • Conduct clinical event reviews that involve healthcare providers and client healthcare facilities
  • Research questions/problems regarding criminal background checks, drug screen regulatory healthcare standards and government regulations
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Ability to think critically, use problem-solving skills and quickly develop relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to the Joint Commission, NCQA, URAC or other regulatory accreditation organization’s survey process
  • Experience drafting written correspondence to professionals such as healthcare practitioners, administrators and attorneys
  • Excels at attention to detail

  • Understanding of medical terminology, healthcare specialties and healthcare practice settings

Education

  • Registered Nurse degree or equivalent.
  • Five years of nursing or equivalent experience in a clinical setting

Preferred

  • Establishes relationships with others easily, and grows those relationships regularly
  • Can maintain organization in a busy, fast-paced environment

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $57,900 -- $111,900 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
