Assist the Project Manager by organizing and coordinating project-related activities, preparing proposals, tracking performance and finances, ensuring correct invoicing, attending client and marketing meetings, and aligning task goals with client requirements.
The Associate Project Manager assists the Project Manager with the daily operations of the assigned engineering team. The Associate Project Manager is the primary resource for Project Managers in organizing, coordinating, and researching project-related information.
Job Responsibilities
- Complete proposals for assigned department with internal marketing team.
- Maintains understanding of performance and financials related to the assigned project task.
- Keeps Project Manager and other members of the project team informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
- Ensures invoices are correct and paid according to contract terms.
- Attends marketing-related meetings with PM team.
- Understands entirety of project - Master Services Agreement, project fee arrangements, scope and budget.
- Attends project kick-off meetings and other client meetings, as needed.
- Establishes goals for each task, aligned with client requirements.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience managing project tasks
