About the Role:

Dr. Squatch is seeking an Associate Project Manager/Commercialization Sr. Associate, Retail (Mass, Club, Drug Markets) to join our Product Team! We're looking for strategic thinkers who can identify problems, develop practical, data-based solutions, and drive implementation to support Squatch's growth plans. As the Commercialization Sr. Associate, you will play a leading role in the Product organization sitting at the center of Product, Marketing and Operations to ensure that all launches & programs are executed seamlessly. You will be responsible for understanding, defining and implementing processes that are built to scale at retail while constantly looking to drive efficiencies. You will partner with company leadership to organize and manage the execution of the Retail Channel roadmap. This role requires a team player that thrives in a fast paced environment and is highly organized, collaborative and proactive.

This role will report to the Senior Commercialization Manager of Retail.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits, based in Marina Del Rey, CA, that requires 3 days per week at Dr. Squatch HQ.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $70,000 to $85,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and drive large-scale, strategic retail channel launches to drive high impact across Dr. Squatch's key goals and objectives encompassing a wide range of subject matter areas including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Product, Marketing & Financial Operations
  • Lead and execute launches by gatekeeping the retail stage gate process (the single source of truth for all product launches at DRSQ!!!), developing cross-functional timelines, leading cross functional weekly meetings and driving all launch related communications
  • Develop subject matter expertise to become a great partner to all teams throughout the launch process
  • Proactively develop & identify gaps / blind spots in processes while working with teams to create long-term solutions that address gaps
  • Positively motivate and hold teams accountable for hitting their deliverables and deadlines
  • Become a key member of the Commercialization function and help to level up our capabilities, increase our capacity, develop new processes, broaden our scope and continue to build the team

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Business, Engineering, or related field)
  • 2+ years in experience in project management, strategy/management consulting, engineering, or business analytics roles (preferably within CPG, e-commerce, or startup companies)
  • Experience with project management systems preferred (Monday, Asana, Jira, etc)
  • Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines while staying highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • General interest in health & wellness
  • Hungry to learn and get experience with a fast growing brand
