What You'll Do:
- Oversee and execute final practice setup from construction handoff to operational launch readiness.
- Drive projects to the defined timeline, without sacrificing the quality of the implementation
- Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and operational testing in alignment with facility plans and launch timelines.
- Partner with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of installation schedules.
- Aid clinics during implementation and post-launch, including troubleshooting and triaging issues internally
- Ensure adherence to established budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless practice activation and limited post-launch support.
- Identify systematic defects and recommend process improvement on products and services to increase project delivery and efficiency to improve customer satisfaction/loyalty
- Collaborate with Product Managers to work on assigned projects independently
- Create and maintain SOPs for onboarding or implementation
What You'll Need:
- 3 years of proven leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Familiarity with medical equipment installations and veterinary workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with a high level of detail and organization.
- Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new systems and tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Able to manage time efficiently, meet personal goals, and work effectively with Stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, squatting, kneeling, and carrying equipment.
Bonus:
- Experience in veterinary or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in facilities coordination, preferably in veterinary practice setup or a related environment.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural floor plans.
