Associate Principal

Leads OT incident response investigations as Incident Commander, including triage, threat hunting, compromise assessments, root-cause analysis, and customer advisory work. Develops incident response plans, playbooks, maturity assessments, and tabletop exercises; manages customer relationships and communications; contributes to threat research and thought leadership; mentors responders and improves IR methodologies. The role requires extensive ICS/OT cybersecurity, digital forensics, consulting, incident management, and communication experience.

Support a federal customer’s ICS/OT cybersecurity and threat intelligence needs onsite in Norfolk, Virginia. Conduct threat research, analysis, hunting, attack-surface analysis, threat modeling, incident-response support, and cybersecurity exercises. Produce operational and strategic intelligence reports, briefings, and guidance by integrating classified and unclassified intelligence. Collaborate with customer security and intelligence teams and internal Dragos groups.

Sources and cultivates startup investment and business collaboration opportunities for SAIC Ventures. Leads investment workstreams, commercial, technical, and business diligence, investment theses, valuation analysis, stakeholder materials, and portfolio reporting. Builds relationships across startups, co-investors, venture networks, and SAIC business units while helping integrate portfolio-company technologies into government-focused offerings and supporting post-investment value creation.
