What You'll Do:

This role will be responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of programs within IT. Ensures the overall effectiveness and adherence to the governance framework and ongoing evaluation of IT’s internal control environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

  • Leads and supports the execution of findings management activities across IT

  • Collaborates closely with compliance and internal audit partners throughout the finding’s remediation process

  • Works closely with IT process owners to identify root causes and remediation activities to address internal audit or regulatory findings

  • Collaborates with other governance teams to support and remediate issues owned by multiple stakeholders

  • Drives timely submission and completion of findings related activities for IT stakeholders

  • Acts as an IT governance liaison during internal audit engagements

  • Collaborates with other teams to review control data and identify improvements in the IT delivery process and controls

  • Contributes to the creation of metrics, dashboards and reports demonstrating control adherence and opportunities for improvement

  • Collaborating with others to deliver complex projects which may involve multiple systems

  • Continuously thinking about the next steps

  • Supporting the teams developing solutions to complex technical challenges

  • Recommending technologies and tools that improve the efficiency, quality, and security of OCC’s IT systems

  • Other job-related duties as assigned

  • Assist in conducting process gap analysis of controls to key regulations, mapping to industry standards and developing continuous compliance monitoring

  • Advise stakeholders on identified issues and support for regulatory exams and audit engagements

Technical Skills:

  • [Required] Dashboard reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)

  • [Preferred] Experience with Security and DevOps tools

  • [Preferred] Integrated GRC management solutions such as Archer

Education and/or Experience:

  • [Required] 7+ years of work experience

  • [Preferred] Work experience in the capital markets industry

Compensation

  • The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
  • In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
  • We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package as noted on www.theocc.com/careers
  • All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Salary Range

$126,600.00 - $171,100.00

Incentive Range

8% to 15%

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
