Job Description

The Associate National Account Manager for our Master Lock, Yale, and Sentry Safe brands will support the growth and management of our Lowe’s Partnership. The ANAM plays a critical role in assisting with sales strategy execution, promotional planning, and relationship management to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Location: This position is eligible for a remote schedule based out of Mooresville, NC with 25-30% travel expected.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers across various departments at Lowe’s
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and promotional plans to drive revenue and market share.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, category management) to ensure timely delivery and execution of customer initiatives.
  • Track sales performance, promotional activity, and forecasts using internal tools and retailer data.
  • Analyze account trends, sales data, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare account presentations, business reviews, and sales reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as item setup, promotional submissions, deduction resolution, and inventory tracking.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, retail, or account management
  • Experience with e-commerce sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/sales reporting tools
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to Have:

  • BS in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience

Additional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $63,000 USD - $95,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
