What You'll Do:

This role’s primary responsibility is to support the department by providing research and analysis that will be used to meet corporate, industry and departmental objectives.  The role requires the ability to research and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and organize and communicate findings in a logical manner that can be presented and understood clearly by others. This position will provide limited support to the team with daily activities as needed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily.

  • Research and analyze data to identify trends and patterns

  • Create dashboards, analytics and ad-hoc reporting to clearly articulate the data

  • Participate in testing and validation of new systems and processes to meet business requirements and user needs

  • Create training materials and presentations for internal colleagues and external participants

  • Assist in day-to-day activities including responding to routine Clearing Member inquiries via phone or email and reference data updates and verification

  • Assist team members with investigation and resolution of issues

  • Draft and provide edits to departmental procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills including data analytics and reporting

  • Requires excellent verbal communication and writing skills

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office desktop tools (Power Point, Word, Excel).

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Compensation

  • The salary range listed for any given position is exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. If hired at OCC, your final base salary compensation will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and/or education.
  • In addition, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
  • We typically do not hire at the maximum of the range in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a substantial benefits package as noted on www.theocc.com/careers
  • All employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Salary Range

$58,600.00 - $80,600.00

Incentive Range

6% to 10%

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
