Overview:
We are looking for an Associate Manager, Lifecycle Marketing Ops, to join the CLM team at Aura. The ideal candidate lives and breathes Braze and loves setting up, QA’ing, monitoring, and reporting on cross-channel lifecycle campaigns that have a direct impact on ROI. The candidate will also have the unique opportunity to step outside a traditional ops function and partner with the D2C lifecycle members on prospect and member testing plans. Responsibilities:
Own the setup, QA, monitoring, and reporting of D2C lifecycle campaigns, as well as ongoing segmentation updates within Braze
Provide regular updates on test performance to stakeholders and highlight any potential execution issues early on
Own the lifecycle marketing promo calendar, ensuring that campaigns and audiences are not conflicting, and deadlines are met
Review requests from cross-functional partners for lifecycle support (campaigns, email capture integrations, etc.) and own the feedback and execution loop between teams
Be our data champion, submitting requests for new data points in Braze and monitoring any data degradation
Partner with PMM on promotional cycles, owning the delivery schedule for CLM
Partner with the VP and Sr. Manager on the Lifecycle team on the execution of the ongoing prospect testing roadmap, as well as ongoing member welcome series outreach. Analyze test results and provide insights to help drive future test cycles
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in marketing operations for a D2C-focused brand or product
At least 1 year of operations experience within Braze. Must have owned email, in-app, push, and banner card campaigns. Braze certifications are a plus!
Experience with email builder tools (i.e. Stripo)
Proficiency in Braze reporting, Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools
Experience writing QA instructions for CLM tests to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the outcome
Experience in analyzing reports and providing test results to stakeholders in a succinct manner
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Self-starter who is looking to work in a growing, fast-paced environment with a fun CLM team!
Aura is committed to offering a generous package to support our employees in all aspects of their life in and out of work. Pay range for this position is $80,000 - 90,000 but may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This position is remote, but candidates but be US-based, and preference will be given to those in the Eastern and Central timezones.
