About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Assistant responsible for providing administrative support to the Head of Enterprise Data Technology.
In this role, you will:

Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports

Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
-
Support projects
-
Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
-
Act as information source on group and company policies
-
Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
-
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
-
Interact with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
-
6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
-
Experience coordinating meetings and managing calendars and appointments for multiple leaders simultaneously
-
Extensive experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
-
Administrative support experience in banking, financial services and/or technology
-
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to effectively work in and support a virtual team and in person environment interfacing electronically and by phone

Proficiency in articulating, communicating professionally and appropriately with confidence at all levels and across functional lines.

Experience handling confidential material in a professional manner.

Experience in creating and editing executive ready power point presentations in support of leaders

Experience with Workday and My Concur

Experience managing SharePoint site
-
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint) skills
