Your Impact
The Associate Engagement Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of enterprise-wide programming and activations that strengthen Lowe's Culture of Winning in alignment with the Associate Value Proposition. This role owns the end-to-end management of the organization's associate engagement programming, designing, implementing, and refining activations for Corporate, Store, and Supply Chain associates. This role oversees the Inclusion Network, ensuring it drives meaningful impact, fosters belonging, and aligns with broader business goals. This individual will use data-driven approaches to measure engagement, identify opportunities for improvement, and advise senior leaders on trends and strategies that enhance the associate experience. This position requires solid program management, operational discipline, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive change and embed a culture of inclusion across the enterprise.
What You Will Do
  • Lead the development and execution of associate engagement programming and activations to align with business priorities.
  • Manage and oversee the team of volunteer associates responsible for operations, engagement, and strategic growth of the Inclusion Network across the enterprise to foster belonging and advance organizational goals.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR business partners, communications, business leaders) to amplify key initiatives and translate insights into enterprise-wide actions and engagement.
  • Advise leadership on associate experience trends, risks, and opportunities, using data-driven insights to shape culture, diversity, and inclusion strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a governance framework to organize Inclusion Network outputs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging listening engagement insights and business needs to influence enterprise-wide strategies that enhanced the associate experience and strengthened organizational culture.
  • Promote Lowe's culture, diversity, and inclusion by representing the company at internal events, panels, and partnerships within the business to highlight the work and impact of the team.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with enterprise business leaders to align associate engagement initiatives with organizational priorities, driving adoption, accountability and measurable business outcomes through the engagement Engagement Guide resources.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of associate engagement programs to ensure consistent execution, stakeholder alignment, and scalable impact across the enterprise.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 6+ years of experience in diversity & inclusion, leadership development, workforce business analytics, research, business case development and reporting
  • 6+ years of proven experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies within the retail sector or related industries
  • 6+ years of in-depth knowledge of diversity, culture, and inclusion best practices, policies and legal requirements
  • 5 years of strong analytical to track and measure impact of diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Demonstrated success leading or significantly contributing to Culture, Diversity and Inclusion strategy

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Master's degree in human resources, business, communications or related field
