The Associate Director of Strategy & Operations plays a critical role in operationalizing the UHG Impact agenda through best-in-class corporate reporting, executive-ready materials, and influence-driven storytelling. This role helps convert broad enterprise ambition into structured, actionable, and measurable outputs by ensuring leaders have the right information, narrative, and supporting materials to make decisions, align priorities, and communicate progress with confidence. The individual serves as a key connective point across strategy, reporting, content, and execution, helping bring greater rigor, clarity, and consistency to how UHG Impact efforts are represented across internal and external forums.
This individual reports to the VP of Strategy & Operations and is responsible for translating enterprise priorities into clear, credible, and decision-ready reporting outputs, ensuring alignment with Executive Council, MBR/QBR, and broader enterprise stakeholders. Success in this position depends on the ability to distill complex inputs into concise, compelling narratives; anticipate leadership questions; and create materials that not only report performance, but also influence direction, elevate risk or opportunity, and support strategic alignment across the enterprise.
