  • Build alignment and lead change through influence, collaboration, and effective stakeholder management.

  • Identify and promote best practices that strengthen performance across the broader Product Management organization.

  • Mentor and support the development of less experienced team members and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

  • Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree concentration in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance product management, or professional P&C insurance industry experience evaluating product, pricing, research and/or underwriting.

  • Demonstrated experience driving business results through strategic decision-making and financial analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and influence business outcomes.

  • Ability to synthesize complex information and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and align diverse stakeholders around a common objective.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term opportunities with immediate business needs.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a dynamic environment.
