Position Summary

Kinesso brings together top talent in data, technology and media activation to deliver seamless data-driven marketing solutions. As a technology-enabler, Kinesso powers marketing systems through a proprietary suite of applications that seamlessly integrate ad tech and martech. Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Product Management is responsible for the product vision and execution of Media Budgeting within the Activation Console in Interact. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders across regions and markets, translating them into a unified product roadmap, and driving adoption to improve the quality of work across the business. This role leads product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing customer requirements with stakeholders, overseeing the product vision and roadmap, working closely with engineering and support to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met, collaborating with product marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and driving global user adoption. 

The ideal candidate is a motivated and innovative product manager who has experience in the adtech or martech space (big bonus if you’re knowledgeable about search and social and the associated budget calculations). We want to find someone who is collaborative, thinks outside the box, and is excited to develop innovative solutions that improve the day-to-day operations of our customers. 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Define and prioritize tactical roadmaps, actively participate in the development of the strategic roadmap for your product 
  • Develop a deep understanding of financial principles related to media budgeting globally. 
  • Leverage deep expertise in digital media, specifically paid social and paid search, to inform product decisions and ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of performance marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure the Media Budgets product aligns with financial compliance requirements and reporting needs 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product 
  • Prioritize feature execution against the strategic goals, business value creation, and expected outcomes from across the larger business 
  • Define and drive the implementation and delivery of short to medium-term vision for the product/services 
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams and business subject matter experts to integrate functionality across the Kinesso ecosystem 
  • Collaborate closely with the Build Campaigns product team to ensure seamless data flow and integration for the campaign building process 
  • Participate in cross-functional sprint planning and product roadmap discussions to align development efforts and ensure a cohesive user experience 
  • Work with design team to develop UX/UI wireframes and mock-ups and validate designs with stakeholders 
  • Assist in developing marketing and training materials, and be the subject matter expert to provide demos, education and training to drive adoption of the product. 

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Ideally 3+ years product management or related experience working on high performing, cross functional teams  
  • Experience writing Agile user stories and collaborating with developers  
  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and understanding of product management principles 
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling and budgeting principles 
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and its impact on media budget calculations 
  • Strong analytical skills, evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate business needs, surface strategic opportunities, and propose product solutions 
  • Self-starter who can proactively identify and solve problems 
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects, priorities, and tasks simultaneously  
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on team player. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.  
  • Knowledge or experience with advertising technologies or operations (advertising order management systems, media buying platforms, reporting). Experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management or related ad tech/martech experience a plus 
  • Experience working with distributed teams a plus
